Clubhouse rentals are available. If you want to talk about this, please come to the center during office hours. If you just want to check the availability of a certain date, complete the form below.

Here is some pertinent information:
* Renters must live in Oakland Hills and be current on assessments
* Renters must be present on-site for the duration of the event.
* The large hall (Building 1) rents for $800 with a $500 security/cleaning deposit. The deposit will be returned with fewer deductions for damage, abnormal cleaning, and/or staying past midnight ($50/hour), Under no circumstances will parties be allowed to run past 2:00 AM.
* The small hall (Building 2) rents for $500 with a $250 security/cleaning deposit. The deposit will be returned with fewer deductions for damage, abnormal cleaning, and/or staying past midnight ($50/hour), Under no circumstances will parties be allowed to run past 2:00 AM.
* Reserved dates will not be secure until the deposit is received.
* Renters will discuss with Oakland hills Social Center member about set up date and time.
* Rent must be received at least five days before the event (during office hours).
* If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least two weeks before the event.
* You may be required to hire outside security for your event. This will be at the discretion of the board.
* Tenants need to have written permission from landlords in order for them to rent a building.
