Clubhouse Rental Information


Due to COVID-19 regulations, we are not renting out the halls right now. However, you can make reservations for some time in the future. If you want to talk about this, please come to the center during office hours. If you just want to check the availability of a certain date, complete the form below.

Here is some pertinent information:
* Renters must live in Oakland Hills and be current on assessments
* Renters must be present on-site for the duration of the event.
* The large hall (Building 1) rents for $500 with a $500 security/cleaning deposit. The deposit will be returned with fewer deductions for damage, abnormal cleaning, and/or staying past midnight ($50/hour), Under no circumstances will parties be allowed to run past 2:00 AM.
* The small hall (Building 2) rents for $200 with a $200 security/cleaning deposit. The deposit will be returned with fewer deductions for damage, abnormal cleaning, and/or staying past midnight ($50/hour), Under no circumstances will parties be allowed to run past 2:00 AM.
* Building 2 is currently being renovated and is unavailable for rental.
* Reserved dates will not be secure until the deposit is received.
* Renters will be allowed to set up starting the day before the event.
* Rent must be received at least five days before the event (during office hours).
* If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least two weeks before the event.
* You may be required to hire outside security for your event. This will be at the discretion of the board.
* Tenants need to have written permission from landlords in order for them to rent a building.
