Dear Residents of Oakland Hills Community! We are Officer Sam Phanor and Officer Rachel Druzbik, your Community Relations Officers of the Margate Police Department.  We want to provide you with some helpful information. 

 To begin, we want to remind you that if you see anything suspicious that would endanger property or person or ANYTHING that is unsafe or concerning to you, PLEASE do not hesitate to call 911.  Any suspicious activity should be called in to 911.

Neighbor complaint, code complaint, traffic complaint, please contact non-emergency at (954)764-4357.  If you are ever unsure if something is or is NOT an emergency, simply call 911.

We would like to encourage each and every one of you to sign up for the RING Neighbors App.

 We will be using ‘Neighbors’ to monitor crime in your area and send you updates on key crime incidents so you can stay informed. By working together, we can all make #OurMargate a safer community.

 Lastly, we have created a CLOSED Facebook Group for your community only.  This is a forum for you to be in contact with us to share safety information and crime tips with the Margate Police Department.  This tool as well as the RING Neighbors App does NOT IN ANY WAY replace calling 911.  This is simply another tool for us to communicate with each other.
