Clubhouse rentals

Renters must live in Oakland Hills, be current on assessments, and be present for the entire event.

  1. Large Hall (Building 1): $800 rental + $500 security/cleaning deposit.

  2. Small Hall (Building 2): $500 rental + $250 security/cleaning deposit.

  3. Deposits are refundable minus deductions for damage, excessive cleaning, or events past midnight ($50/hour). Events must end by 1:00 AM.

  4. Dates are not secured until the deposit is received.

  5. Rent is due at least five days before the event during office hours.

  6. Setup details will be coordinated with an Oakland Hills Social Center member.

  7. Cancellations require at least two weeks’ notice.

  8. Outside security may be required at the board’s discretion.

  9. Tenants must provide written landlord approval to rent.
